Sean Atkins

Biography

Sean Atkins is a PhD student in Security Studies and International Relations with research interest in cooperation and cybersecurity. He is an active duty Air Force officer with service ranging from Forward Operating Bases in combat zones to the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
