Lukas Wolters

Biography

Lukas is PhD candidate at MIT, focusing on wealth inequality and the political economy of household finances. In particular, he's interested in understanding how social policy shapes people's savings and investment decisions. He graduated summa cum laude from the Institut d'études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po), and worked for the UN World Food Program in Bolivia and Paraguay prior to coming to MIT
